MAD MAX says:
Louisville has stepped their game up year after year and things are no different in 2018. The PXT is brand new technology that has never been seen in a bat. Let us take a step back to understand the PXT. Louisville has the Xeno, which has two metal discs that clamp down on that foam piece to create that crisp break off the bat. The LXT has one disc that will clamp down on that foam. The PXT has no discs in it. This newer technology is called PWR STAX. In simple, this allows for a longer sweet spot with more balance, and this bat will get better with use. If you are looking for that classic Xeno/LXT sound this bat will be a completely different animal. This model is the -9 and comes in three sizes: 32 inches, 23 ounces; 33 inches, 24 ounces; and 34 inches, 25 ounces. Quantity on the PXT will be very limited.
The leader in Fastpitch softball has added a new star to its winning lineup. Louisville Slugger is introducing the all-new 2018 PXT Fastpitch bat, the company's most advanced and innovative bat to date for elite players ready for a bat that can match their game.
The 2018 PXT (-9) is weighted at a -8 drop with a Power Balanced end-loaded design perfect for elite hitters who want the ultimate combination of momentum, speed, and unmatched pop.
The 2018 PXT is built from knob to endcap for unmatched power and performance. It features Louisville Slugger's all-new PWR STAX barrel design, which evenly distributes the load across the whole barrel for an extended sweet spot and ultimate results. This multi-layered wall construction is designed to turn player-created energy into performance you can seeÖand feel. The PXT is also available in -8 and -10 weight drops.

USSSA Certified Softball Bat
USSSA has used a 1.20 BPF standard in its softball programs for 15 years. The BPF standard was developed by NYU Physics Professor Dr. Richard A. Brandt over 15 years ago.
