Marucci's one-of-a-kind Outer Locking System creates the stiffest connection available while dismissing virtually all vibrations on contact for your strongest, smoothest swing yet.

  • Utilizing a three-stage thermal treatment process, Marucci's new AZR alloy offers a more responsive microstructure for better feel, more forgiveness, and more performance while maintaining the same strength as its predecessor
  • One-of-a-kind, Outer-Locking System (OLS) attaches the barrel to the handle from the outside in, creating the stiffest connection available while dismissing virtually all vibrations on contact for the strongest, smoothest swing yet
  • Using a Longitudinal Groove System (LGS) across the thickest section of the barrel wall allows for excess weight reduction while also increasing flexibility for an increased performance zone

    The BBCOR formula provides a better measure of the bat's performance and therefore allows the rules committee and bat testing laboratories to better predict field performance based on lab tests. The goal is that non-wood bats that meet this new standard will perform similarly to wood bats. All BBCOR bats will incorporate a logo mark once certification approval is granted. This mark will be consistent across every approved bat design so umpires will easily identify approved bats.
