Last year was the LXT's coming-out party. In its first couple years, the LXT was a hit no doubt, but last year was out of this world. That is why Louisville decided to pump it again this year. The LXT is a three-piece bat. The Xeno, which is a two-piece bat, will be Louisville's other high-end composite bat. These two bats will be different in the regard that the LXT will have more flex to it. This means the barrel will actually whip back and then forward. Girls have also noted the LXT swings lighter because of the design. Louisville has improved the LXT in regards to the connection piece, making sure durability will be a non-issue this year. This model is the -10, which is the best-selling one. It is for the serious high school or college player. If the bat is 32 inches it will be 22 ounces, and as you go up in length you go up in weight.
