What is a DEMO?In our facility at CloseoutBats we provide potential buyers the opportunity to try out or "demo" top-of-the-line bats prior to buying. How great is that? If you are considering buying a very expensive bat, you can come into our facility and try it out to make sure it's the right bat for you. Once we have "demoed" a bat in our soft-toss cage and we no longer need it, we sell that bat at a discount. DEMO bats are just like stock bats, except a few of them might be stamped or marked "demo" somewhere on the bat. They do not differ in any other way, shape, or form from a regular bat you would buy from us or any other retailer. People sometimes ask, "Just how used are these bats?" They have only been used in our soft-toss cage with real softballs or baseballs. On some of these bats, you can count the ball marks, meaning they may only have hit 7-12 balls ever! A Demo bat does not carry a manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. | |||||
 At Closeout Bats we stock what we sell! We have a huge warehouse and are NOT drop shipping bats like many web sites. We update inventory and availability on the Web site several times a day as inventory positions change shipping hundreds and hundeds of bats. We also sell bats out of our physical store, so sometimes things sell out before we can get them off the Web site.
