The ball is made from a durable polyurethane sponge material that is safe for younger players entering the batting cage for the first time and won't damage walls when used indoors.     This was my first experience with Closeout Bats and it couldn't have been better. Roy was so great and reached out in advance with a potential issue as well as a resolution, before the bat even shipped! I will look at Closeout Bats first from now on before buying elsewhere for my Travel Baller, even though we are in CA and he's in NJ. Hand's down, you don't get service like this anywhere else!
