The 2027 A2000 1720SS is an 11.5” glove for infielders looking to bring a new look to the dirt. New for 2027, the Flex Insert introduces a leather and felt hybrid piece running from the thumb to the heel, softening one of the most difficult parts of the glove to break in and making it 17% easier to squeeze the glove shut compared to previous models.
A cousin to the infield staple 1786, the 1720 was created to bring a modern look to the dirt. The 11.5” length is preferred by infielders for its mobility when reading and reacting to the ball. The H-Web and shallow pocket serve to keep the ball readily available for fast transfers to the throwing hand, helping you turn two and erase runners at first. Our trademark Dual Welting helps maintain ideal shape throughout the life of the glove.
The 1720 pattern’s most recognizable feature is its continuous back finger panel. On this A2000, that space is occupied by a gradient SuperSnakeSkin that keeps the glove feeling light on the hand. The deep Purple and Pink gradient is flanked by Blonde Pro Stock leather that also graces the palm, delivering premium performance and feel that only improves with time. Blonde logos and Purple laces complete a design blending old school and new.
